Cara Spirazza
Miss Rodeo Florida 2019
Cara's Court
Cara Spirazza is 24 years old and is from Lake Worth, Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2016. While attending UCF, she also competed on the Western Equestrian Team and served as Team Captain. Cara is currently in Veterinary School at Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine, class of 2021. Her life-long ambition is to become a large animal veterinarian to be able to care for horses and cattle, with a focus on our equine rodeo athletes, and to one day open a practice of her own.

Cara has a huge passion for animals and for helping people. She grew up volunteering with a therapeutic riding center and with her family’s service dog non-profit organization, Paws 4 Liberty, where they rescue and train service dogs for Veterans. She is also a volunteer member with her local fire department and is a certified emergency medical technician. She enjoys horseback riding, fishing, boating, and anything outdoors!

During her reign as Miss Rodeo Florida 2019 and as the state’s official representative of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, Cara will travel to rodeo performances throughout the entire state of Florida and even throughout the country. Along the way she will make appearances at schools, children’s hospitals, and other special events to share her passion and educate the public about the sport of rodeo and the western way of life. Cara is beyond excited about her year as Miss Rodeo Florida where she has the opportunity to surround herself with what she loves while being able to promote the PRCA in her home state.
